About Our Staff

Keryn was born and grew up in Perth. Prior to entering the Medical industry, Keryn worked for Ansett Airlines in Tom Price, then Banking Customer Service for 26 years.  She enjoyed dealing with people on a face to face basis, and developed skills in patience, empathy, kindness and respect towards others.

Keryn began working with Dr Jones in 2014, putting her skills to good use. She regularly works Thursday and Fridays with Dr Jones as a Medical Secretary and from Monday to Wednesday for St John of God Hospital Subiaco, in Admissions. Dr Jones has nearly all of her theatre lists at St John of God Hospital Subiaco, so Keryn is able to use her knowledge of the hospital processes to further assist patients when booking an operation. This greatly helps to put their minds at rest.

Keryn enjoys being part of a team that works and communicates well together, sharing a common goal of assisting patients and giving full attention to their needs.

Keryn enjoys both local and international travel, is house proud and enjoys pottering around in her garden. She has two grown sons with wonderful partners and has a very close-knit family. Keryn is a West Coast Eagles supporter through and through.

Janine was born in Kalgoorlie and moved to Perth when she was 8. She began her working career as a Veterinary Assistant and was later employed in the travel business including Grace Bros in Sydney and Jet Set Tours in Perth.

Janine moved to Margaret River in 1996 with her husband and two young children and worked in the wine industry and the local News Agency.  She entered the medical field around 2005 working as a receptionist and secretary for a large GP practice and medical typist for several specialists.

After relocating back to Perth in 2015, Janine began working with Dr Jones. Janine draws on her varied work experience and continues to expand her extensive knowledge and skills in a busy specialist practice. She regularly works Monday to Wednesdays.

Janine is also the ‘technical whizz’ of the practice. Through patience and determination, she continues to master many of the intricacies of the practice software.

Janine is passionate about ensuring patients receive the utmost care and support from their initial appointment, through to their subsequent consultations and any follow up treatment and bookings that may be required.

Away from work Janine enjoys catching up with friends and family, keeping fit at the gym and dabbling in art. Janine is also a passionate Fremantle Dockers supporter.
